Time will never stop and wait for me.
Friendships wilt away and disappear.
No matter how many times I say,
'I love you'.
Seasons pass, and eventually you will too.
You helped me grow in ways I thought impossible.
Inspired me, to be the best that I could be.
But what happens, when loves loses the fight?
And you leave tonight.
Where will I, go after that?
Remember all the times you and I laughed together?
Promised that we were going to live forever?
Gave me all these perfect memories,
That I will not let go.
Made me feel like I was someone worthy.
Lifted me up to amazing heights.
Even when I sit here now.
The love you gave, is still in my heart.
I'll keep it even after we part.
